The math

Concentration is the vial amount over the water you add: mcg/mL = (mg × 1000) ÷ mL water. The volume for a dose is dose ÷ concentration, and on a U-100 syringe units = mL × 100. A mistake in reconstitution is the most common way research peptides are mis-measured, which is why the numbers matter more than any single vendor's label.

How do you reconstitute a peptide?
Add bacteriostatic water to the lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide vial. The concentration is the peptide amount divided by the water volume. This calculator does that math and converts a target dose into millilitres and insulin-syringe units.
How many units is a peptide dose?
