CJC-1295 before and after

Research information only, not medical advice. In a small early study, CJC-1295 raised growth hormone and IGF-1 in healthy young men. But no controlled trial has tested whether it produces the muscle or fat-loss results it is marketed for; most data is preclinical.

CJC-1295 is a long-acting GHRH analogue. An early human study in 11 healthy young men confirmed that an injection raised growth hormone and IGF-1 for about a week (Teichman et al.). But raising those hormones is not the same as the body changes people search for: no controlled trial has tested whether CJC-1295 produces fat loss, muscle gain or anti-ageing results, and the rest of the evidence is preclinical. Research information, not medical advice.

Frequently asked questions

Does CJC-1295 have real before and after results?
An early study showed it raises growth hormone and IGF-1, but no controlled trial has tested whether that produces the fat-loss or muscle results it is marketed for.
Does CJC-1295 build muscle?
It raises growth hormone and IGF-1 in early human studies, but no controlled trial has shown it builds muscle or changes body composition. Those uses are unproven.
